Hi! I've been in the alf for 1.5 months. No significant changes yet, but I do feel the effects on my cranium - things are moving. Any specific questions I can help answer?

Hey jalf,
how is your treatment going? I am getting the alf appliance (upper and lower) in next week. I am a little nervous. How long was the adjustment period as far as speech and soreness? Also, did they tell you that you might have some gapping as a result of the arch moving? How long will you have to wear yours?

Hello, I would be very interested in hearing any of your experiences on how your treatment went/is going as i am due to be fitted with the ALF in the next month.
I noticed you both posted a while ago so it would be much appreciated to hear our stories.
