I'm 36 and just got my braces put on 10/01. I have no regrets only thing I wish I had them put on at a earlier age. I was given a estimate of 24 months until they are removed so I'm going to make the best of it.

Im old too and just got braces. I admit i was a bit judgemental wd adults having braces and thats why im embarrassed now lol

I'm 35 and just got Invisalign, do not regret it at all - only regret not having done it sooner.
To the OP: is it more of a concern about appearance? Because even if you can't do Invisalign there's a lot of less noticeable options out there (clear or ceramic brackets, linguals, etc.)
I'd rather fix my teeth at 35 instead of end up needing implants or partials at 55. That's how I look at it.

The problems:
Lower crowding, a slightly rotated upper canine and a deep bite
