1st set of aligners feels loose after 1week, normal?

hi there,
newbie question here
i just got my first set of aligners last week, it has been about 6 days now and i can't feel any pressure on my upper arch anymore
the pressure on my lower arch is also almost gone

curious whether this means i can move to set no.2 within a week?

meeting my dr. tomorrow to ask his opinion but wanted to know if anybody else has experience like this
