Hello Bracies around the world. Today I got some kind of little rubber band around my extraction gaps. They look like o--o--o--o--o--o and according to youtube they're called elastic chains.
I HATE THEM.
I feel like they're going to make the entire treatment backfire on me. Instead of my back teeth pulling my front teeth straight it's like my front teeth are pulling my back teeth crooked. Or at least pulling my molar bands out because I can't close my mouth without it getting in the way and hurting me. D:

hope the pain passes soon! if it makes you feel any better i will probably have to have that too as i have 4 extraction gaps and getting the braces on 7days from now so i might cop something like that from day 1 eeek
