Had them removed this morning, it wasnt too bad tho a couple of the bands did hurt quite alot to remove. First the bands were loosened, then the brackets removed, then the whole lot was pulled off still attatched to the wire.
After a good cleaning, which was a little sore more than painful, i had impressions taken for my retainers and was out of there. The whole thing took about an hour. Tho i have to go back this afternoon for the retainers. (essix)
My teeth look fantastic, tho slightly yellow (have no white squares tho, so think they must have been that colour in 1st place.) There seems to be too much room in my mouth at the moment too!
The improvment is absolutely amazing and so worth everythings ive been through this far.
