So I just had my attachments removed and was given the go ahead to wear the aligners only at night. I go back in 6 weeks and then we go from there.

Yipee! I too just had my attachments removed from the top. I have to say it seems strange to feel my teeth again! I was told to wear my retainer at night, but I feel better when i wear it during the day! Silly i think but I'm afraid my teeth are going to shift back to the way they were.

damn. my ortho has me wearing my upper essix 24/7 and that even with a bonded wire! sucks, but hopefully it wont be for too long.
