I went to see my dentist this morning and he has filed down the bite turbos, so they are much smaller. It seems like a good compromise and I am feeling alot happier! :D I do have to be careful now, chewing gently so as not to break any of the brackets, but I can look forward to being able to eat relatively normally, which is a good thing over the festive period!
