I've gotten the "Ehhh, you might be a little sore later. Sorry." from the assistant, haha! The day they put my posted wire on she said it just as I was about to walk out the office door. When I turned back, she had darted off already back into the treatment room! That little sneak! I love those girls, they always make me laugh.
(saying I was a "little" sore is an understatement, lol)

Last week I went in to have a loose bracket rebonded, so the assistant asks how I'm adapting to having braces (I was braced early September), to which I reply that I've had minimal discomfort so far. After looking in my mouth she says "Oh, you're not complaining because you only have the uppers in so far" (not exactly an encouraging statement to make)! She then proceeds to make me even more apprehensive after she's finished bonding the offending bracket by telling me to bite (so she could check the bracket placement I presume) and then saying "Ooh, there's still lots of work needed down there!"
Oh well, gotta finish what I've started!!
