biting myself

#1 Post by buttercup »

So I guess I have a small mouth because before I know I'd kind of bite the inside of my cheeks but it was very minimal and I never felt pain or anything. Now that I got Invisalign, I think i realllly bite on my cheeks and it's hurting. Weird, yeah. Anyone else have this experience? What should I do? I feel like I have lots of sores towards the back of my mouth.

I have a very small mouth as well, and I have noticed that on the sides of my cheeks there are lines where I have bitten - doesn't bother me, I can't even tell when I am doing it b/c I have tried to notice. No sores or anything though.

I have a sore spot on the right side on my mouth because the attachments rub on my cheek when I eat. The soreness goes away overnight and comes back every night since I eat 4 times a day.
I am sure my mouth will get used to it and the soreness will eventually completely go away.
