is it possible to get a really compacted short face with jaw surgery?
I am not talking 5 or 6 mm. I mean more than that
I mean very very short jaw
I like very short compact faces

It sounds like you want to change your entire appearance, which means you may have a really hard time finding a surgeon. The "typical" jaw surgery that most of us are going through for our bite issues is not going to obtain the result you are looking for, especially since you say you have no bite issues.

What you would be undertaking would be extreme with a lot of risks.

I dont understand why double jaw surgery can create a very short face?
There must be some dr out there who can also appreciate the look of a nice rounded face
I dont like oval, long or long rectangle faces at all and I dont want to go thru surgery and spend money to come out with 5 or 6 mm of difference
Right now, I have a heart shape kind of face and I really dont like this
SHouldnt jaw surgery also be performed to better ones appearance?
Why would this be harmful?

It would be harmful because you would no longer have enough bone structure to support your soft tissue. You wouldn't show any teeth when smiling etc.

I don't mean to be insensitive, but I really think you should talk to a psychiatrist and learn to appreciate yourself for who you are. Not everyone in the world is a classic beauty. Most of us are "average" and we still like/love ourselves regardless.

I really don't think you are doing to find a doctor to operate on you to change your face from heart shape to whatever it is you think you want. Jaw surgery is not going to accomplish this anyway.
