Is 5mm for bsso a decent amount

is 5mm forward bsso and 3mm chin advancement significant?

im getting a genio to, im hoping it will improve my appearance. my doc said 5mm is significant amount.

I love your new jaw!!. it looks more "3d" so to speak. looks very feminien yet strong. i hope my 5mm can give me a more masculine jaw

Do u have b4 and after from the same angle? i notice its 2 diff angles (although still see a big diff)

Hi Earl,

i had surgery to advance my lower jaw by 6mm, 6 weeks ago today, and it made a big difference to me, check out my profile before and after pics...

im very happy with the results, my lips come together more naturally now, so hopefully this will be even better sans braces
