TMJ issues worsening just before double jaw surgery

Hey,

I am about four months pre double jaw surgery for my underbite. In past, I have experienced jaw clicking but I have the feeling it got worse since I got my braces on. Recently I am noticing joint pain aswell. It´s not too bad so far, but I am a bit alarmed. Is it something that could be fixed during my surgery? or will i need another surgery in future?

I had jaw surgery 2 years ago and my TMJ jas become worse it clicks all the time and quite painful at times, it wasnt lile this at all before my jaw surgery. I want to fix this my i dont know whether i would need another surgery or not
