I had surgery to correct my bilateral condylar hyperplasia (double jaw, genioplasty, condylectomy, mandibulectomy, bone graft, fat grafts) 2 months ago. I've had a lot of complications and am still in a lot of pain and am experiencing severe headaches. I can't even get my surgeon's office to return my calls, and they always brush off my concerns at my post-op appointments (which actually led me to be hospitalized with cellulitis a month ago). So I think it's time for a second opinion.
I had a really hard time even finding anyone who treated condylar hyperplasia in the first place, and had to go out-of-state initially (4 hours away). I don't want to travel any farther away than that if possible and would prefer to avoid NYC since parking is outrageous (I have a doctor at Columbia and end up paying almost $50 just for parking when I go for appointments), but will go there if necessary. So any recommendations would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

Have you tried the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia?
