I MIGHT have a debracing date!!

I went in for this appointment and he said that once we get my front two teeth squared up good (the one is just sitting a little weird.), I'll be good. Then the next appointment, we will do impressions for my permanent bottom retainer, then the next appointment after that, THEY WILL COME OFF!!!!!!

So October 25th could be the day!!

It's a little over 19 months. My treatment time was 18-21 months so it's about right.

October 25th is not the date. LOL Now I think it'll be December 6th.

One of my front teeth was not QUITE right still... like the tiniest bit off, but still off. So he adjusted again, and now it's right!! So on Oct 25th, I think I'll get my impression for the bottom retainer and then they will come off Dec. 6th! PLEASEEEEEE! They kinda have to... cause I'm going to try to have a kid a week later. Not that I want to be getting used to a dumb retainer right before I have a kid.

SOON SOON SOON... but not soon enough. Now we are in a holding pattern.

I don't normally drink coffee but I had a coffee drink yesterday and a coffee drink today and have managed to turn my clear powerchain a lovely light golden shade. WHOOPSIE! Now I can see why people avoid clear when they drink coffee. I've never turned one this dark before.

And they are coming off!! On December 6th. So in about 5 more weeks! I am definately ready to be done done done with these!

That is awesome news! There seems to be a lot of long timer archwired members getting their braces of in December/January! I hope to join the alumni club soon too!

1 MORE DAY FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for yelling. I guess I still can't consider them off yet until I make it to my appointment. Tomorrow I will be 39 weeks and 1 day pregnant so until I wake up not in labor tomorrow, it's still up in the air! ha I might still go anyhow!

My appointment is at 8am and I am going to make celebration cinnamon rolls for my orthodontist and everyone in the office. It's pretty much the best thing I can make (they are soooo good) and I wanted to bring them something in the office.
