Welcome and good luck with your treatment!
What issues are you getting corrected? Do you also have an open bite (like I have)?

I'm a bit "senior" to you and have Damons -- so welcome, and best of luck on your voyage to orthodontic perfection :gavel: .

Welcome :D I've had Damon braces for about 3 months. I find this forum really useful and a great place to come for advice and help.

Welcome. I am new as well. 55 y/o and leaning towards Damons (clear). Anxious to follow your progress. Nice to know I am not alone.

So far ok. I am confident I will love the end result however, the look and feel of these braces are very awkward and uncomfortable. I am trying to stay positive and look at the result.

You don't regret getting the Damon's do you? I am researching it currently. I am reading that it takes a bit to get used to them. I don't know but am sure to find out hopefully soon…Keep thinking positive.

All types of braces take time to get used to - that isn't just true for Damons. I don't have experience with anything other than Damons, but I think getting used to them depends more on each individual person rather than the type of brackets/braces system.

Welcome! I'm new to Archwired but also new to Damon Braces. I have clear tops and metal bottoms. I kinda have the mentality of "bring on the pain" when it comes to this new journey. Although I'm only five days in I'm looking forward to the elastics. I expect to be very diligent. :)
