a little bit- yesterday was VERY weird I spent a lot of time looking at them- but today it's more normal :-)
I do feel prettier and younger for some reason- I am 38 and half, but feel 30. so its a great feeling! I feel like I smile more and people smile back- I know that will go away in a month or so, but I am going with the flow LOL

So a bit more info about the process of taking them out, it wasnt as bad as I anticipated! i was prepared for teeth pulling for 1 hours, and it was only 5 minutes and, yes, it does feel weird, but IPR is also strange that way where you feel your tooth is being filed off. ay, ay, its incredible to think all the stuff we put up with just to have better smiles.

On the plus side, i find that brushing is a breeze! i flossed for the first time in a year and it was soooooo easy! I still brush my teeth 3-4 times per day - lol!! we;ll see what happens once i get the retainer...

People, It was DEFINITELY worth it- some people will never understand (like at work or friends), but I got the results I wanted, and I got over something that bothered me for a while. All the best,
Lau
