I have cerimic braces

Having a early fall day here, and I have been wanting to make a big
pot of chili so I did. Now has anyone ate chili before with these type of
braces on. if so what kind of mess will I be looking at. and what to do for it.. Thanks for you thoughts on this.. :lol:

I was so glad to be able to eat and had no staining.
So I guess you just have to watch the way you eat.

Ceramic brackets don't stain. If you have any elastics, they WILL stain, but if you have self-ligating brackets...no worries!!
