What material is your bonded lingual retainer?

I now have a platinum-gold chain retainer bonded on top, and basically a plastic one on the bottom, also bonded lingual.
what types of retainers do you all have for bonded?

I am considering switching my bottom one to the gold also. I have sensativity to both plastic and metal in my mouth but the gold is a lot smaller and I think uses less glue and plastic.

My top one feels okay but I am not sure about the bottom.

what types of bottom retainers to you all like?

I have a plain twisted wire type of bonded lower retainer. I despise the thing and will ask to have it removed an replaced with a removable.
