Glad the sore spot has passed! I've discovered paper towel (the stuff for the kitchen) is the best thing to dry everything with cause it doesn't rip. And you can't press the wax on too hard or it just splits. Once I have it sort of on I kind of lick the outside of the wax with my tonuge before pressing it on properly and I find it sticks to the bracket rather than my finger.

I kind of want those glow in the dark ligs too! My ortho doesn't have them and I'm scared to ask in case he gives me a lecture on how if I were to ebay some they'd be an inferior quality or something  (not that he's ever lectured me before).

I finally figured out that if I use a little bit bigger piece of wax and roll it around to warm it up before trying to get it on the bracket that it helps too.

Time is dragging by +\+ I really am an impatient person, and want to get my bottom brackets on! not to mention that vacation is only 3 days after i get my bottom brackets on. I am ready for some relaxation!!!!

I've hit the time drag too..........I think I missed it, how long until you get your bottoms?

Plus yay for vacations! I could really use one (preferably somewhere warm, I'm freezing today!) Are you going away or just chillaxing at home?

I get the bottoms on Tuesday the 18th! YAY!!!! only a couple more days to go.

As far as vacation, I live in Louisiana, vacation on the beach in Florida this year. Kind of like staying at home since it is only a 4 hour drive, but i won't get sucked in to doing work type stuff at home-like weeding the flowerbeds, cleaning the shed.... stuff like that always seems to happen if I stay home for vacation time, so we opt to get out of town. Usually we go somewhere where the diving is good (lately various places in the caribbean has been our choice, but there are many other places we want to go as well, it's just a mater of getting enough time at one whack to do them. I am currently limited to taking one week at a time, and since I know if I go somewhere like Tahiti I will want to take 2 weeks, I 'll just have to wait a while.

Sounds awesome!! I live on the coast too, but tend to get sucked into doing stuff at home if I'm here (I think it's inevitable). Woo for the 18th!!! :jump:

Hope all will go well for you on the 18th, Debinator. Two weeks in Tahiti sounds wonderful, doesn't it? If you decide to go, let me know and I'll join you. I just got home from a lovely weekend retreat that I attend annually with ten other very good friends. We spent it down by the lakeside in a large "cottage" about 45 miles from where I live. It was lovely.

Tada!!!! Glow in the dark ligs too!! I will have to take a picture for you Tobilei of me "baking" my ligs with a flashlight. As far as I can tell i have to have the flashlight on them for a good bit of time to charge them up good. I haven't been able to get a picture of them actually glowing in the dark. :Questions:

I don't have any extractions- the coils are to maintain the space for my unbracketed teeth- they were fine where they were so he didn't want them to move. :D

It may take me a while to figure out how to get the glow in the dark to show up in a photo :)

Yay for teal ligs!!!!

My next adjustment is July 30th- my son's birthday :) I might go for the peach glow in the darks next time- or maybe some other wild combination. Totally going to do a rainbow before I finish!
