Piglet's Braces story-New adjustment on 8-15-08

New adjustment today, basically nothing happened, the ortho just changed out my upper and lower power chains and told me to start wearing my elastics only at night, since he thought they were creating an over jet now. But I told him I'm more comfortable in elastics because my lower front teeth won't hit my upper fronts, so he said it's also ok for me to keep wearing them during the day, too. I asked him how long did he think my treatment had left, he asked me back "what's the average time" I said 2 years, then he said that's how long it'll be:( I told him I don't think my left gap is closing for the past month, he just say adults' gap close slower than 12-year-old, I just have to wait... Then I was out of the office in 10 min total Now I'm so frustrated that he didn't seem to be willing to do anything extra to help my gap closure, like some others' ortho did on this board... I'll just have to get myself busy and distracted from this whole thing...
