Hi SGPWired ~

I'm just catching up on your story!

You have had some nice movement already! YIPPEE!! :D

Well, my ortho DOES believe in upgrading wires at the first adjustment! I had my first adjustment on Monday, six weeks after I was braced, and he upgraded me from my "baby" beginner wire to an .018 squared wire. From what I've heard and read, this is a rather large step and I'm definitely feeling the effects of it!!! In less than 24 hours, I had a gap between my two front teeth!! My teeth are VERY sensitive - I try not to touch them at all! But it's getting better as the days/hours go on! Brushing with my electric toothbrush just about does me in, though! :soremouth:
