Hey, never been in here before, thought id come and post on your thred for a while.
Im sorta the opposite, last xmas i was just over 15 stone, from weight training and exercising at the gym 4 times a week and eating 4 times as much as anyone else (im a vegetarian too so its a bit harder for me to gain weight in that respect)
i had to stop gyming before xmas due to tendon damage in my arm, and now all my extractions and brace stuff, but not being able to eat as much as often as fast as i usually have done has led to alot of the muscle id worked so hard to achieve just sorta went away, im just glad i didnt fatten up, im still tonedish but i cant help but miss the way i was, and despite my braces i intend to get it back, as much as you want to loose your weight i want to gain mine back
i can imagine having sensitive teeth will compound this problem again but once all the fallout of pain senstivity and cost has gone ill prob lean back towards smoothies and protein shakes and alot of scrambled egg!!
its a tough balance for men and women sometimes for the same reason sometimes for different reasons.
though not being able to eat sucks for us both!
