next 'date' on 18th Nov. ...and the bottoms might be off then?!:-) top will stay until Dec. before xmas.

Yes I'm all done. 45 weeks is all it took. At times like these, you look back and think: "That wasn't such a big deal"

I like my new teeth though. Even have a nice new tongue-toy:

As you can see, a lower bonded retainer.
Uppers have a removable clear tray retainer (made by ortho as I waited - very clever!)

Thank you all for the invaluable info before and during my braces treatment, I wouldn't have decided to get them without this place!

Thank you all for kind words and cute cartoonies.
Now I see I have some work to whiten-up a little, lots of bi-carb & peroxide toothpaste with brushing!
