WOW - how do you get your teeth so white?

Feel your pain in waiting to see movement - I'm 5 weeks in and anxiously awaiting visible changes. I DEFINITELY do see changes in your pics. Awesome! Good luck!

lol everybody keeps asking me how I got my teeth so white :mrgreen: truth is.. I don't really eat sweets because I don't really like it, except for apples and grapes, once in a while.. oh and I don't smoke. I was lazy when It came to brushing ( I know eww lol).. But I brush very often since I got few fillings done.

Honestly, I kept looking at my teeth and noticed no difference, until I started putting the pictures together :jump: :jump:

This is the best way to keep track of the progress. :GapToothed:

Roxie- huge progress! you must be thrilled!!
Wore Top & Bottom traditional metal brackets, wore elastics both sides 24/7
Brace day: Oct 4 2011 / Sentence: 18 months - DONE in 16 months

4 Months ( they shaved two of my front teeth, they made me look like a vampire).

Brackets added to premolars 2 April 2012
Estimated treatment time originally 6-9 months. Brace removed on 22 July 2013 after 18 months and 19 days
Now enjoying bonded upper retainer plus part time essix/hawley( I have both)

It is over ya'll. So i have permanent retainers behind my teeth on my lower ones and I will get a temporary retainer to wear for six months starting tomorrow. During the day and then only wear it at night. :D No I have not done anything to them besides brush and floss as much as I could for the first two years ...They will make them white next month...
