Inthe next 3 months I think, But as you can see on the right of the big tooth, it is not pulled in like the other side yet, and my gaps are closed

I can't believe my treatment is almost finished. Who knows what will happen on my next adjustment on June 25th, Im looking forward to it.

1 more day until my ortho visit. I have no clue whats going to happen. My ortho don't say much even during my visits, which I don't mind. As long as he is doing his job thats all I care about lol. I am 95% happy with my smile so far. The only concern I have at the moment is that on my right side, when the incisor was behind my big tooth, it came out but its not coming forward to match my other side. I hope that my ortho will have this problem fixed. But alot can happen in 2 months.

10th Adjustment: June 25th

I went for my adjustment today. Not much change. I got the exact same powerchians except now they stretch to the farthest 4 teeth each corner.

Im a little bit sore. My next appointment is not till Sept 3rd? My treatment is 18 months in Sept it will be 20 months ? O well doenst bother me. By then all my gaps should be closed

Here is how far my gaps came along from beginning to now

74 weeks: 17 Months



There you have it Im 17/18 months of braces, let me tell you in some ways Im am extremely excited, and some ways i am not. Let me explain..

The teeth that I wanted fixed are fixed. My smile looks wayyyyyy better. But Im stil unhappy so far. Yes my gaps are almost closed. But on my right side, your POV its not looking like the other side. And Im thinking, i only have 1 more month and i cant see how the smile will be perfected in 1 month.

I still even need elastics, still not sure if Im getting em. They did not specificallt say, YES you are having elastics. But it was on my treatment plan. Alos jaw surgery is recconmended if required. I been thinking, I dont think my profile will change. Cuz it hasnt so far amd im still unhapping at my profile.

Its starting to change the way I feel about myself. I used to love taking pictures, Now I am finding more and more I dont want pictures.

So if I am not happy in the end, Im going to inquire about jaw sugery, I am already saving up for it. Its not a bad price here in Canada, a guy I know had the same type of problem I have, hes in his late 20's and it only cost him 6000 Canadian, which is not bad. And it was out of his own pocket.

Here you go, time flies. Lol, Im so happy my gaps are closing up. But stilllll unhappy with my profile . Anyways

Woah, I just noticed something as soon as I viewed my reply, I didnt realize I had my left and right pics switched. Hahaha, my right side changed so much, it now looks like my left side!!!! for once, the bite really closed down so I have them switched. Gonna leave it tho cuz I dont want to fix it, just remember what is left is right and what is right is left

Had a weird dream last night. Dreamed my braces well off and everytime I touch my teeth they fall out. And looking in the mirror my molars moved around sideways and stuff. Lol weird dream!

In the mail last week I received in the mail a friendly little postcard from the dentist to remind me of a cleaning. So I called today for my appointment. What luck I have an appointment next week at 2:00 I will update then

Thanks Denise fo stopping by. Yeah, Im so excited. Gaps almost closed. I now have 3 poky wires which I am gonna get them clipped. Its not bothering much so Im not in the hurry. Mr right side still needs work. The side where the canince is wonky.
