Is Novamin a no-no for braces?

I read a review on Senosodyne's Novamin toothpaste that said a lump of the toothpaste calcified on their sink and wouldn't come off. Do you think it would do the same to braces?
I like using it now, but wonder if I should stop buying it when I get braces.
