I don't know the info on liquid calcium remineralizing teeth (but I will look into it now). My dentist told me that Xylitol is proven to remineralize teeth, though. It's a sweetener so you can buy bags of it online to replace your regular sugar with (I haven't tried this yet). It's also the first ingredient in a few brands of gum. My dentist recommended Spry, which is found in some vitamin stores or online, but I've been chewing Ice Breakers Cubes (not the regular Ice Breakers, check the ingredients to be sure it's the right one).
I did some damage with decalcification back when I had braces in middle school so now I'm trying to do as much as I can to strengthen them up for braces round 2. I'm off to look into liquid calcium now!
You can get tooth mousse or clinpro tooth creme, which are professional products available through dentists and quality oral healthcare retailers. These are derived from a dairy milk protein and are AMAZING for re-mineralizing your teeth. Teeth get stronger, whiter and healthier when you use this stuff regularly. In fact, my dentist says kids don't need toothpaste, just use tooth mousse instead.
