Can't seem to keep them in 24/7 like I'm supposed to

If you have finished with your orthodontic treatment and are wearing retainers (or will be soon), this is a special place to connect with others in your (enviable) situation. Ask a question or make a comment about life post-braces.

I snack alot and can't seem to keep my retainer in so long. After i eat can i put it back in without brushing and then just brush before bed? Usually i put them back on when my front gap starts to open again

After eating and prior to replacing any orthodontic appliance, it is wise to floss and brush.
