I had a bottom perm retainer for 10 year and the glue came of or most of it, it was hurtin and I couldn't eat so I went to the first orthodontist that could see me. The doctor I did see turned out to be a dentist and she put the glue all across my bottom teeth and so much of it! Before I had glue on each Ruth so I could floss between and I didn't feel it all that much. Now it's so much glue and its bulky and like I said, I can't even floss. Is that a good thing? I'm freaking out because I hate anything I do with teeth and I'm so scared they ruined it for me or that I have to go through more pain to fix it.
Any info is welcome PLEASE!! Thank you all in advance.
