Teeth whitening trays

I have just been given some teeth whitening trays from my dentist, he says to use it for 2 hours everyday for 2 weeks, if anyone else on here has used 2 them how soon would you say you began to see results?

At the end of a week I noticed a big difference. I only used mine for 30 min at a time and even then I notice a subtle difference in 3 or so days.
