essix and pregnancy ??

hi.. curently i wearing assix retainer.
does it affect pregnancy>?
because essix made from plastic, i'am affraid it has bad effect for pregnancy..

It's just plastic. You'll be fine. Plastic is not the evil, poisonous monster some people make it out to be. The plastic used for essix retainers is safe to be in your body and does not leak chemicals into your mouth. If it did, it would not be legal.
