Lower Cuspid question for either Dr.

Is it possible to rotate a lower cuspid though its vertical axis if the tooth is located in the correct placement put is angled forward 20 degrees? Otherwise the tooth does not need to rotate around its horizontal axis and the tooth is placed vertically in the correct location but the root needs to move forward to achieve vertical alignment. I am concerned because I have asked my doctor about this and he says that he can fix it, but he has never repositioned my bracket and the bracket placement is not angled correctly to move my tooth in that direction. Would this type of movement take place after the completion of the tipping and leveling phase? If need be I could try to attach a picture.

In a word: Wow! you know your stuff. I would have to see a picture but oftentimes all movements are sort accomplished simutaneoulsy with the wire - bracket interaction. It'll probably work itself out.
