Pressure

My braces are off and I've been wearing a retainer for the past six months. In the past couple of months, I've noticed that when I bite down, my upper and lower rightmost Central incisors seem too close together and I feel an uncomfortable pressure. I told my orthodontist about it and he didn't see anything wrong. Will this pressure force the teeth to move slightly until the pressure is gone, or is this a problem that needs to be addressed? Thank you.
