That depends on your orthodontic needs. It is possible to move teeth that are splinted together or bridged, but it complicates treatment ever so slightly. Your best bet is to schedule a consult with a local orthodontist and discuss your treatment goals to get a better idea of your treatment options.

Good Luck,

i also have a bridge

I also have a bridge and my dentist started treatment thinking that he could move the bridge! This did not work out at all, and he ended up having to cut my bridge in able to move the teeth. I will have to have the bridge redone after my braces are off. It has been annoying and will end up costing me the price of the braces plus a new bridge, but I am nearing the end of treatment and now have very straight teeth.
