On November 8th I'm getting my braces on ($4200 and illegedly 13-18 months) and I'm excited and nervous. I can't wait to actually be happy with my smile.

Let's see, practical info…...go all out on your most favorite meal the night before; take before pictures of your teeth for your journal and so you can plot the changes happening in your mouth; get as much enjoyment from sandwiches, burgers, salads and Indian food in the next few weeks….um did I forget anything guys?
