Hey guys, just introducing myself. 30 years old and living in Portland, OR. Had braces when I was 14 but never got retainers and my teeth have all shifted. Want to get braces again to perfect them but I’m nervous!

The fact that you already have had braces you will be fine. I don’t have advice because I just got my braces yesterday (along with my plate expander).
