WOW! I look back at my pictures of my top row and am shocked how quickly my arch has moved. I need to post pictures but I had the lowers installed on the 1st and I had to have bumpers placed on several of my bottom teeth to prevent the chipping of teeth. I will have to monitor those as well. I only had 3 days of soft food on the uppers and am on day 5 of cutting into tiny pieces to swallow but I can bite into stuff just can't chew it.
