Otho told me he will have a plate (?) ready on Wed that I will wear at night with my braces to stop tooth grinding. I am curious if anyone has experience with something like this? Any idea what this plate might look like?

I will be getting my braces on May 21. I am being treated with orthodonics for TMJ. I have done lots of reading on this site but have been unable to locate information about bruxism guards with braces.
