first-timer here, at age 39. my neck hurts and my ears are popping - and my hands? is that normal? i have "weird nerves" and get neuropathic pain so maybe everything is just getting used to being shifted around... anyway hello!

Congratulations! We're the same age, and I'll be getting them on in a couple of weeks, so I'm eager to hear how things go for you.

Congratulations! The first week is just plain strange - it's a lot to get used to! But then you adjust and start looking forward to the changes.

Best of luck!

i am looking forward to the changes but not seeing them yet... except my cheeks look a little hollow, but i think that is just because i have lost weight.
