I know that this board could use a little more positive posts on Invisalign. I am almost finished with my bottom teeth...half way through tray 20 of 21. This next tray I put in will double up as a retainer until my upper treatment is complete. I have been doing 3 weeks per tray and have not had any issues with trays not fitting correctly etc. My bottom teeth look 10 times better now..literally. I have a whopping 48 upper trays total so I'm only getting about half way there on the uppers at this point. I have to say though my upper arch width is much better now. It was one of my concerns going in to the treatment and I could not be happier at this point.
My biggest hope at this point is to avoid issues all together on the upper until treatment is over. This way I have a freebie refinement to use for any slight touch ups I want when I'm done. When I am finished up I will have a before and after showing what invisalign has (or has not) accomplished for me.

wow.. i hope i end up like you! though im still on 4/10 and 4/24 haha. anyway, did you have any teeth extractions or teeth reshaping? im going to have to have my teeth (about 4) reshaped. and im really dreading it. blehhhh. also, did you notice any gum recession? i'm worried about that too so i've been filing down my trays a bit..

I am on 4/45 for top and 4/50 for bottom, my treatment is so long but I get to replace my trays every two weeks not three.
I have noticed that my back two molars have moved, I have to floss them everytime I eat because food keeps getting in the new space, same to some other teeth. So I am assuming it's working so far. Pain is not really bad at all, maybe the first two days, then it gets better

MY bottom teeth are done!!! 21 of 21 trays completed on the lowers. They look 30 times better than when I first started treatment. I am working on 1/2 way though the top which has a total of 48. Anything positive about invisalign is a good thing especially with this board! So far no problems on the upper....we'll see. If I can somehow make it through all 48 upper without refinements I can use my one allowed refinement at the very end to fix and minor details. I am doing it by wearing the invisalign 3 weeks instead of two. It really works well.....

I do not fancy wearing my aligners for 3 weeks it would take forever 47 uppers 37 lowers im at same stage as Nsolano
