#1 Post by diehard »

I have had no probs with my top trays which i have had for 1 month but when I got my bottom tray the other day the part that covers my wisdom tooth slightly sticks out past and rubs my tongue so i took the decision to cut about 3mm off it and now its fine not sure if my ortho is gonna give me crap or not also its been so long since i saw my clincheck im not sure how wisdom teeth move which are about a third of the way out

I had one wisdom teeth out before I got them removed. what happened was that i got my imprints done before I got all my wisdom teeth removed, so I have the top aligner with the wisdom tooth still on it. So the ortho just cuts it out every time i get a new aligner.
This small cut you made shouldn't matter, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
