Front tooth overjet

I am a newbie!
Have fairly straight teeth but my left front tooth sticks out a lot (thumb sucking until my 20’s and wisdom tooth coming through I would guess).
I’m 45 and really want something discreet.
I have 2 appointments next week with orthodontists and would consider Invisalign and Inman Aligner. I had lots of extractions as a child and wonder if my tooth is too far forward for them to work?
Will update next week but wondered if anyone had one front tooth with a serious protrusion?
