Anyone closed an anterior open bite and/or shifted their midlines with Invisalign?

I start Invisalign in a couple of weeks. I've got a cross bite, anterior open bite and horribly shifted midlines (mainly the top). Anyone successfully had a case like this done? I was otherwise told I'd need surgery.

I closed an openbite via extruding teeth.
Honestly look into surgery bro!
As scary and expensive as it might seem, I think a dental closure like you're interested in isnt going to be the best result. Aesthetics and stability are pretty important and will be better with surgery. Really think about how you want to look after treatment too, so you can convey that to the surgeon
