These types of things really work to keep them perfect. My ortho always remarks how my alingers at the time of change over are as clean as day one. I usually soak them in denture cleaner during the time that I'm flossing, brushing and mouthwashing, once a day, usually after dinner. Really want to check this new stuff out.
