stains on teeth with invisalign

I am on tray 34 with invisalign and noticed that I have some stains/brownish type build up behind my bottom teeth and around my attachments.
I keep my aligners in for 22+ hours a day and always brush after I eat.
I have excellent hygiene and never had any stains on my teeth so I am thinking it's invisalign.
Anyone else experience this?

Are you using any mouthwash? I had similar stains just one month after a dental cleaning when I was using a mouth rinse containing CPC. It is known to cause staining on some people's teeth. Made me so mad, as I didn't know. Threw it out, but the damage is done until my next cleaning.

No I don't use mouth wash, just toothpaste. Strange.
Does it come off when you get your teeth cleaned?

Supposedly yes. My next cleaning isn't until Feb/Mar, so I'll find out then.
