on my second week of aligners. By week two the snug fit is disappearing. Unfortunately, I think it is more from the aligners becoming a bit bent/ broadened from being taken in and out so much. Is this normal and will it affect treatment?

Also what are the consensus on drinking room temperatured coffee with them in, and then using a pre pasted toothbrush to brush and rinse the aligners? I dont want cavities but am also would prefer to have my morning coffee over 1 hour period instead of chugging it fast

I use denture cleaning tablets to clean the trays.

get a glass of water, put your trays in while you eat, pop a tablet it and watch it fizz and clean your trays right up.

I don't think your aligners should bend/broaden? I assume the materials are made to prevent that from happening, otherwise how is it gonna move your teeth?
