Experience with anterior crossbite please

I am on my third aligner and I have had a posterior open bite since the first week due to two of my anterior teeth that are in crossbite and have moved just enough to prevent me from closing fully. I had an attachment fall off last week so while I was there I asked if I could see the ClinCheck to try and figure out when it will be out of crossbite/edge to edge so that I could stop banging them together on accident while eating. As far as the assistant could tell, it could be another 7 or 8 weeks. Ugh. Just wondering what your experiences are with similar situations.

Sorry to hear about your frustrations. Unfortunately, there are times when the teeth are moving and it isn't 100% possible to prevent the teeth from not touching or where attachments don't clash. One thing to consider is that your ClinCheck video is not a video of where your teeth are supposed to be, but rather a video of what each aligner is supposed to look like, since your teeth are not expected to move 1:1 with it. Best to check with your doctor to see if there are any solutions. Good luck!
