Breakfast on the go ideas?

Okay, folks, I have a job that often requires me to be up in the office early for meetings and sometimes can be in meetings all morning. I am NOT a morning person so eating a proper breakfast at home before work isn't going to happen.
What can I sip through a straw on the go when I get stuck in a meeting at work so I don't feel sick from hunger? I know people have mentioned Ensure here through a straw - but is there anything else that someone can recommend? I've managed iced coffee through a straw so far with no staining but I know I need more than that in the mornings,
For the record, I used to eat a greek yogurt during these meetings but I think that's going to be too messy.

How is eating a yoghurt going to be messy? If you used to do it before your braces successfully I don't see how it would be an issue now? Am I missing something? How about trying yoghurt type drinks if a spoon is difficult? Or the breakfast on the go shakes you can get in the supermarket?

That's the issue, you're really not supposed to eat anything with Invisalign in and being stuck in meetings makes it hard to take out eat and put back in.

Have you tried smoothies? I think I'm gonna try those. You can pre-freeze the fruit and veggies that you'll put in , and then just grow those in the lender with yogurt/coconut milk/other liquid in the morning. Then you can put it in a go mug with a straw.
Have you had any other good breakfast ideas? I usually eat my breakfast slowly at work so I'm also concerned about how I'm going to adjust when I get my trays.

I ended up badly spraining my ankle so I've been working from home and haven't run into this dilemma yet but I did get a bulk case of ensure vanilla protein shakes. Regarding smoothies - I'd watch for color in them they might be okay with a straw (I've done the iced coffee with a straw) but I'd hesitate to do anything that's really vividly colored

Update for my fellow Invisalign peeps - smoothies are fine - use a straw, stick away from the brightly colored ones and brush after.
Also okay: vanilla ensure (through a straw), iced coffee (again through a straw but be extra careful if you take it black), clear alcoholic beverages or those with clear mixers (mix with sprite or ginger ale instead of coke), white wine (don't need a straw for this)
Now, I don't advise wine or alcohol for breakfast but hey, if it's your thing
