I am now 16 days into treatment with Acceledent and on tray 5. I am changing trays every 3-4 days. Things are going great so far! I just had attachments put on 2 days ago, they are pretty rough on the inside of my mouth but am told that they will smooth out in a week or so with brushing and eating. I cannot see visible movement but can definitely feel it with the spacing between my teeth opening up. My kids (in their 20's) think my teeth are looking a little straighter already but I don't see it. I will do a before and after comparison after a few more trays.
