Hello everyone,
I am on my first set of aligners...doing ok for the most part. Getting used to having them in and scheduling eating times!
I am scheduled to change my aligners on Monday but does that actually mean Sunday night before I go to bed? It would mean Monday night if I count the fourteen days exactly as I received my first set of aligners on a Monday.
I would prefer to change them on Sundays rather than Mondays but to change that I would need to put a new set in a day early to start that two week schedule. I know it seems silly but I want o do all I can to make sure my treatment goes as well as possible.
What does everyone think?
Thank you!
Kim

Yes you can. I did that myself with my ortho's approval. Doctors usually plan small movements for the first tray anyway. May be you could give your ortho's office a quick call to confirm it.
